The Green Concept was founded by Dr. Rohan Shetti, Dr. Aboli Kulkarni, and Dr. Girish Kulkarni, experts in Landscape Ecology, Ecosystem Dynamics, and Environmental Analytics. Our team has since grown to include a diverse group of ecologists, botanists, environmental scientists, wildlife and conservation specialists, environmental engineers, and interns.

Balachandra is an environmental scientist working on Microclimate Research, forest growth, and nature conservation. His research addresses human-wildlife conflict and the role of non-timber forest products (NTFP) in community ecology in Karnataka.

Dr. Hamsa Padmanabhan​
Physicist​​
​​Hamsa Padmanabhan is a physicist, having been the principal investigator of the Swiss National Science Foundation Ambizione Grant at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. She obtained her Ph.D. from IUCAA, Pune, India and has a wide breadth of research expertise in the data-driven analyses of various astrophysical systems. She is interested in several aspects of geophysics and palaeontology, and their connections to today’s ecosystems and climate modelling.
